We're hoping to ring in the spring in chilly New England with these two charming works perfect for the season. The Gardner Chamber Orchestra, directed by flutist Paula Robison, plays Antonio Vivaldi's Concerto for flute and orchestra in F Major, "con sordino," and violinist Corey Cerovsek and pianist Paavali Jumppanen play Beethoven's Sonata for violin and piano No. 5 in F Major, Op. 24, "Spring."
Recorded live in the Tapestry Room of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Boston.
